MagniSort? Mouse CD117 (c-Kit) Positive Selection Kit 設(shè)計用于通過陽性選擇實現(xiàn) CD117+ 細胞的磁性分離。它經(jīng)過優(yōu)化，可利用生物素化的抗小鼠 CD117 抗體和鏈霉素親和素包被的磁珠從小鼠骨髓中分離 CD117+ 細胞。CD117+ 細胞會與抗體結(jié)合，隨后結(jié)合至磁珠。將其放入磁力架中，非目標細胞可通過傾析從 CD117+ 細胞中分離出來。

陽性選擇后，可利用抗小鼠 CD117 抗體（克隆號 2B8）染色來驗證選定細胞的純度。
